She helps to coordinate the team and keeps track of all the moving parts. Kel moved to Canada from England for "just one ski season" 8 years ago. She now calls the mountains home and enjoys exploring and adventuring. She also travels regularly to take part in skydiving events where she jumps out of perfectly good planes for fun.

Nico has experience in various fields, such as technical rope access, mountain hut maintenance, and the metal industry. He even owned and operated his own restaurant back in Italy. He is passionate about fixing and improving things and when he is not at work he loves to be out exploring and climbing in the mountains.
